Refund Policy — The Unhindered Membership & Community
The Unhindered Membership & Community operates on a no-refund policy.
Due to the immediate access members receive to digital content, vocal resources, live sessions, and community features, all payments are non-refundable.
Members may cancel their membership at any time prior to their next billing cycle by reaching out here.
Once canceled, no further charges will occur, but previous payments will not be refunded under any circumstances. 

Annual Memberships (Legacy Pricing Structure)
For members who enrolled under the previous annual payment option, participation requires fulfillment of the full 12-month commitment.
 Annual memberships cannot be canceled mid-term, and no refunds will be issued for any portion of the 12-month contract. 

One-Off Purchases and Digital Products
All one-time purchases—such as The Vocal Reset, The Sunday Morning Warmup, individual courses, or any stand-alone digital product—are non-refundable.
Because these products deliver instant access upon purchase, no exceptions will be made regarding refunds. 

No Chargebacks / Dispute Policy
By purchasing, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for any reason. Any disputes must be resolved directly with The Unhindered Voice.

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate removal from the membership and may be pursued through our payment processor.

Non-Use Doesn’t Qualify for Refunds
Failure to use, access, or participate in the membership or digital product does not constitute grounds for a refund.
