Hi, I'm Jeff.

I've spent the last two decades working with some of the most recognized voices in Christian music — Kari Jobe, Charity Gayle, Elevation Worship, Bethel Music, and I’ve also gotten to work with musicians and worship leaders across the world in local ministries.

Here's what years in this work has taught me: most people aren't struggling with their voice. They're struggling with a wound, and they've been trying to sing, speak, or perform their way out of it. They show up wanting better technique when what they actually need is healing. They want to sound more confident when what they actually need is to become more free.

That's when I started asking different questions. Not "how do we fix the tone," but "what does this person believe about themselves and about God’s belief about their voice.” Because your voice doesn't lie. It carries your history, your theology, your wounds, and your identity all at once — whether you meant it to or not.

What I've come to believe is the voice doesn't need more training. It needs more integration. It needs an honest encounter with the Holy Spirit that goes deeper than performance and touches the actual architecture underneath.

This is what vocal coaching was always missing. Because lasting freedom in the voice happens when healing reaches the identity beneath it — not just the instrument itself.
