Welcome to The Unhindered Voice LP. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application (the "App") provided by The Unhindered Voice LP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the App.

The App may contain links or access to third-party services or content that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third parties.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Company.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Unhindered Voice LP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
