Unhindered App (Kajabi)

Try these first:

  • Make sure your device is updated to the latest iOS/Android version.

  • Delete the app and reinstall it.

  • Log out and log back in.

  • Make sure your email matches the one you used when purchasing.

  • Confirm you are using the Kajabi mobile app, not a browser bookmark.

  • Clear the app cache (on Android) or restart your device (on iPhone).
